As a Business Process Specialist, you are a key partner in supporting the cross functional team, including technical, design, sourcing, project management and vendor teams by understanding the data and reporting needs and turning them into usable information. This includes but is not limited to product development data, vendor training data, tools and reporting. In addition, you will work closely with design, engineers, project managers, sourcing and business partners, to facilitate the vendor accreditation and communication to support the internal and external partners on vendor empowerment during product development.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Accreditation tools, data and reporting needs
  • Collaborate with team members to collect data and information
  • Synthesize data & create reports for internal/ external teams
  • Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data through available tools
  • Work with a broad set of cross functional team to process information
  • Troubleshooting communication with teams and business partners
  • Escalating communication on timeliness when needed, so teams can assess any risks
  • Support COE team on any special projects
  • Sending/prepping outbound mail for the teams and vendors as needed
  • Miscellaneous reporting needs from the Spark, Greenfield and/or other internal system
  • Support teams with compiling, organizing, sending out surveys
  • Support the creation of presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings


About you:
  • 1-4 years' experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficient in use of relevant computer applications (Smart Sheet, Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook, One-Note, SharePoint, Project)
  • Attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Potential for working in a fast-paced, often changing, highly collaborative environment

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $18.70 (per hour) to $33.65 (per hour). Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family. This position may be eligible to be virtual based (also known as full-time remote) or could be 'Flex for your Day', a hybrid model where the team member has some flexibility to choose how and where they work to maximize their productivity and well-being, based on Target's needs. Most of Target's HQ team members work 'Flex for Your Day' with a blend of virtual work and onsite at a Target HQ location. Team members work with their leader to determine how the role, team, partners and business determines the flexibility. For team members who work virtual based, they enter into a work arrangement that means the team member works full-time from home or a non-Target location, and do not have a workstation at their assigned HQ location, but may travel to a HQ site up to 4 times a year.
