A role with Fulfillment Operations means a big opportunity to apply your operations, supply chain and fulfillment experience to continuously evolve Same Day and Next Day fulfillment processes like Ship from Store, Order Pickup, Drive Up & Fresh Grocery Pickup in order to meet rapidly changing guest and operational needs..

As a Sr. Business Partner in Store Operations - Fulfillment Experience, you will assist the deployment of launching Drive Up to new locations, manage the pickup sampling program, create plan for execution of exterior signs, supplies, personal-protective-equipment (PPE) and hardware used in Target's Pickup business across all stores. You will serve as the first line of contact for Store issue escalations, operational execution, and general field support - working closely with team members, store leaders, and HQ partners. You will capture Store feedback, data, and themes to support special project execution. This includes creating communication for special projects in specific stores, tracking execution and troubleshooting store issues with HQ project partners. You will support and execute cross-functional initiatives by being the voice of our field teams. You'll build relationships across the organization to understand guest needs, identify operational opportunities, solicit feedback, define root cause, and recommend solutions. You will develop and maintain partnerships with both headquarters and field teams. You will be responsible for strategically influencing peers and business partners by analyzing and synthesizing data to provide meaningful insights and gaining alignment across multiple stakeholders. You will leverage critical thinking and communication skills to work in ambiguity, adapt to a rapidly changing work environment, navigate competing priorities across multiple business leaders, and challenging the status quo.

About You:

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in relevant omni-channel, supply chain or stores
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to influence others
• Ability to manage and adjust to multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work autonomously when appropriate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Desired project management experience

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $65,600 to $118,100.
