Combines in-depth knowledge of marketing and business best practices to drive change and optimization within our enterprise wide processes and tools that enable the GBX team to deliver an undeniable Target guest experience in our marketing strategies. This role champions connectivity of our quarter plans across our internal teams and to our enterprise partners. Ideal candidates will have a track record for creating an impact across complex and matrixed organizations and enterprise stakeholder engagement practices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES :

  • Drives input and creation/development of key processes, tools and interaction model
  • Proactively identifies areas to create impact and drive change.
  • May include oversight of other TMs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners to execute projects and work streams.
  • Influence GBX team members, peers and enterprise partners to drive change management to deliver on the guest experience.


  • Drive measurable input into delivering GBX capabilities using curiosity of the business needs, interpretation of data and insights, and creativity in delivering outputs.
  • Initiate and drive new operational ideas on behalf of the GBX team and in service to the guest experience in store.


JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • 8+ years of business or marketing operations experience
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • A proven track record of implementing initiatives across broad stakeholder groups
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Ability to identify and implement solutions for operational efficiencies


  • Excellent navigation, collaboration and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail and deadline oriented
  • A master collaborator who is able to inspire trust and confidence with a wide range of partners
  • Ability to work with people at all levels


This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $85,400 to $153,700. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
