An important element of the role is to orient each store management and Property Management team to their new building and deliver the Construction Turnover Package to Store Operations and Building Services partners upon completion. A Sr. OSR mentors new OSRs and troubleshoots on problem jobs as assigned by the Sr. Manager, Field Construction.
