Cargill, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Chocolate and Powder Product Line Manager at our offices in Wayzata, MN. This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management, Economics, or a related field and five years of related progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the cocoa industry. Must also have five years of experience with each of the following: (1) developing and implementing Product Line Strategy in a B2B organization; (2) trading, risk management, or merchandising in cocoa products; (3) developing, analyzing and executing mid and long-term production and capacity utilization strategies including ingredient sourcing, production costs, production quality, transportation, and service levels to maintain or enhance the competitive position of the business; (4) managing cocoa and chocolate product portfolios. creating supply and demand strategies, and analyzing the market environment including consumer trends, customers, and competition; and (5) leading cross functional teams while managing complex projects to deliver against long term cocoa and chocolate strategies. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to a Wayzata-area Cargill office, as directed.
