Work Location: Work from Home

Position Description

This position is responsible to assist in creation and oversight of the CCO workforce management processes, including report creation, forecasting, scheduling. Monitor and report operations and performance standards while partnering with CCO leaders to recommend and implement staffing and training needs. Identify, develop, and implement opportunities to improve CCO reporting and workforce management efforts.

• Monitor and review staffing and scheduling demand and capacity on a real time basis.

• Communicate service impacts to leadership which includes analyzing staffing and expressing concerns, training needs and make recommendations

• Collect, Track & Monitor staff performance metrics

• Collaborate with leadership to document and monitor staffing schedules, planned and unplanned absences to ensure proper staffing levels

• Evaluate short-term and long-term FTE capacity planning

• Compile, monitor, and compare Key Performance Metrics (KPI's) on a daily, intra-daily, weekly, and monthly to understand root cause of variation

• Monitor Volume, Production, and staffing trends to forecast, ensuring understanding of variation, working to solve for staffing gaps whether in planning process or intra-day management.

• Support department leaders in devising workforce goals and objectives.

• Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards.

• Drive innovation and process improvement within Workforce Management.

• Other duties and projects as assigned.


High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or higher preferred.

Required Experience

Three years of workforce management experience in a healthcare operations environment. At least one year experience with long and/or short-term capacity planning and data analytics (gathering, analyzing and modeling). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

Preferred Experience

Workforce Management Scheduling Software. Experience with creating Macros in Excel, SQL and/or Tableau. Familiarity or experience with Aspect.
