As a Sr. HROC Specialist, you will professionally, efficiently, and accurately assist clients, comprised of HR team members and non-HR team members, via various communication platforms in our HR Operations Center. This includes developing and maintaining a detailed knowledge of resources available regarding HR tools, technology, policies, and procedures. You will problem-solve by researching, partnering, and following-up on issues while fostering client relationships, utilizing de-escalation tactics, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. As assigned, you'll act as a workload captain monitoring service levels and coordinating daily schedules to optimize team success. Your expertise will be leveraged in providing training and education in support of your peer-group along with engaging as a thought partner with leadership to improve client experience, deliver quality interactions, and increase efficiency.

About you:
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated guest service, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with effective organizational skills
• Proven problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Flexible, team player who learns quickly while adapting to evolving technology and processes
• Ability to learn and navigate numerous, unique systems; proficiency with MS Office Package
