​A role with Content Development is a chance to positively impact several key areas of Target's business. Your work will contribute to developing and maintaining a strong training, process and resource catalog for store, GSCL and Field Investigations team members.

​The Business Partner of Assets Protection - Content Development owns, manages and evaluates Assets Protection training and works to identify, develop, and plan the execution of training revisions, refreshes and updates. The primary responsibilities include developing content and planning of Workday eLearning content, SharePoint sites, process guides and other supporting materials for stores, GSCL and Field Investigations.

You will also create the development and manage the implementation of trainings that support Assets Protection processes for the field and support content development communication. You will also own the process of intake requests, and help to support the strategy and prioritization of future trainings that are needed. Some of the core responsibilities are:
  • ​Working collaboratively with Headquarters (HQ) Assets Protection (AP) team, Field AP teams, Field Investigations teams, GSCL AP teams, Human Resources, Store Operations and Talent & Change to assess current training and determine what content needs to be revised or developed to meet the needs of the business.
  • ​Representing AP as a subject matter expert in partnership with other teams to determine appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Providing regular and real time communication updates to leadership and client teams.
  • ​Promoting an atmosphere of teamwork and trust.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ​1-4 years business experience
  • Ability to manage projects, set timeliness and meet deadlines
  • ​Desire to improve processes through technology and make programs more efficient
  • ​Strong problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment based on the ever-changing needs of the business
  • ​​​Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • ​Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, SharePoint design
  • Ability to travel 5-10%
