As a Fit Model Specialist, you are a key partner in supporting the cross functional team, including technical, design, and engineering by coordinating, supporting and maintaining all fit model-related processes and resources in partnership with our external modeling agencies located in major cities across the U.S.A. In addition, you will work closely with legal, finance, building services, and contract services partners, to facilitate and maintain any updates related to fit model processes and ensuring efficient communication to the cross functional teams and the agencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate in-person & virtual fit model bookings, cancellations and payments for various Target teams in partnership with our modeling agencies
  • Track fit model bookings, payments and budget plan weekly
  • Invoice processing monthly
  • Coordinate supply purchasing for fit model sessions
  • Communications to teams & agencies regarding any fit model changes or updates
  • Partner with various Target teams to ensure fit modeling contracts, processes and fit room spaces remain current (legal, building services, security teams)
  • Support Target Technical Development Teams in coordinating fit model recruiting and go-see events in partnership with modeling agencies
  • Onboard new agencies and fit models as outlined by Target processes
  • Support onboarding & timesheet approvals for independent fit model contractors
  • Maintain & update related fit model documents and resources


About You
  • 1-4 years' experience in project coordinating, administrative work, or model coordinating
  • Knowledge of finance, budget planning & invoicing required
  • Proficient in use of relevant computer applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Potential for working in a fast-paced, often changing, highly collaborative environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction, in a collaborative team environment
  • Knowledge of fit & body sizing preferred
