A role with Target Promotions Marketing means that you'll be part of a team that leads Target's Value communication strategy and brings holistic promotional and value stories to life for Target's guests. The team has a broad range of responsibilities including planning & development, creative, execution and production. Promotions marketing leverages a variety of print and digital media and is responsible for Target's Weekly Ad, Digital Weekly Ad, Print Promotions, In-store Promotional Signing and Printing Services.

As the Senior Manager of Printing Services, you are responsible for day to day oversight of the internal and external job planning functions for Target Printing Services. You lead and develop a team of Planners who oversee the review of all new job requests and make the decision as to whether or not a project is produced inside or at a third party vendor depending on our capability and capacity. As a leader, your top priority is building a positive team culture with a focus on personal development and accountability.

Responsibilities include supervising all jobs, whether produced internally or externally, the development and implementation of planning strategies that maximize plant capacity and value for Target. In this role you will foster positive working partnerships with internal customers at Target headquarters that drive efficiencies in day to day work. As the Senior Manager, you will oversee your team's external vendor partnerships, setting expectations for service and following up on any issues as needed. In this role, you will lead quality initiatives and partner closely with internal production to ensure quality standards are met across all of Printing Services. In addition, you will lead performance analysis and process improvements related to planning.

About you:

• 4-Year degree in related field and/or 5 years' experience in print environment
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment through multiple projects and details
• A proven track record for leading teams and managing performance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
