A role on the Waste Minimization team
in Property Management means the opportunity to support sustainability efforts at all U.S. Target properties (Stores, HQ and DCs). The Waste Minimization team works to provide the best Recycling, Donation, Organics (Compost), ESIM and Trash solutions to Target team members, guests, and communities across the United States. Our goal is to minimize the volume and cost of trash disposal while increasing recycling, donation and organics volume and revenue.
As a Senior Program Owner
, you will lead programs and special project initiatives with a zero waste mindset. The exciting part of this position? These efforts all map towards Target's enterprise sustainability goals (Target Forward). No two days are ever the same as you engage with key partners (vendors, consultants and Target Team Members) and lead multiple programs. Programs can span across disposition optimization, minimizing food waste, through other emerging programs focused of further increasing Target's waste diversion footprint.About You
