A role in Property Management means the opportunity to own a business and make strategic business decisions daily! As a Sr. Program Owner/ Data Analyst - Property Management on the Interior and Exterior Services team within Service Operations you will enable the alignment between headquarters service strategies, the vendors who execute the work and the field teams who implement those strategies in the stores from an analytical, process, and project perspective. Data analysis can range from financial, level of service, to programmatic trends. In leveraging data and your insights, you'll uncover trends and issues enabling you to drive a continuous improvement mindset to further improve the guest experience. You'll cultivate and implement tools and reporting to effectively monitor and measure performance, identifying where additional focus is needed to drive the desired business results. Job duties may change due to company initiatives and business needs.

About you:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years business experience
  • Advanced computer skills: SmartSheets, Domo, GreenField, R, Python, SQL, etc.
  • Advanced SQL experience writing complex queries
  • Ability to manage projects, set timeliness and meet deadlines
  • Strong data understanding inference of patterns, root cause, statistical analysis, understanding forecasting/predictive modeling, etc.
  • Desire to improve processes through technology and make programs more efficient
  • Strong analytical, financial, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Aptitude and interest to learn about store devices and equipment, along with this equipment is leveraged and maintained in Stores (prior device or equipment experience is not required)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both business and technical teams, and translate ideas between them
  • Ability to maximize relationships team player/inspires others/takes partners across the organization and with outside vendors
