About Us:

As a Fortune 50 company with more than 350,000 team members worldwide, Target is an iconic brand and one of America's leading retailers.

Working at Target means the opportunity to help all families discover the joy of everyday life. Caring for our communities is woven into who we are, and we invest in the places we collectively live, work and play. We prioritize relationships, fuel and develop talent by creating growth opportunities, and succeed as one Target team. At our core, our purpose is ingrained in who we are, what we value, and how we work. It's how we care, grow, and win together.

Target's distinctive brand love is infused throughout its many physical locations by the Properties teams. We have a direct and positive impact on the real estate, design, construction and maintenance of our stores, distribution centers and headquarters. Are you ready to help strategically grow Target's brand through leading-edge design, development, construction and preservation? Can you effectively balance the efficiencies of a large-design build company with the unique challenges and innovative solutions required by individual sites? Then take your place on one of our Properties teams, and help us make the most of Target's physical assets, both in the U.S. and overseas.

A role in Real Estate means the opportunity to develop and drive Target's market-based growth strategies by identifying, acquiring and developing extraordinary guest-facing properties. You'll use your negotiation skills to execute competitive and risk-balanced transactions. You'll be a key player on the team that manages the lifecycle of our stores, site selection of new properties, the scope of remodels and existing property portfolio negotiations and property disposition.

As a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst, you'll use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. In this role, you'll perform in-depth analysis of real estate contracts and governing documents impacting store reinvestment projects and other real estate portfolio management programs. You will coordinate efforts between Real Estate, Construction and Store Design to ensure store reinvestment packages are completed based on agreement requirements. You will partner with Portfolio Managers to review, send and track entitlement package. You will leverage and identify potential improvements to existing systems and processes to track and report on progress. You will assist with lease administration functions, including renewal notices. You will assist with monitoring real estate program metrics and reporting and have program ownership over third party requests for estoppels and Subordination, Non-Disturbance & Attornment Agreement (SNDA) submitted in compliance with lease and/or operating agreements.

Although core responsibilities are described within this job description, job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
