As Sr. Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, Global Supply Chain & Logistics (GSCL) Finance - Synchronization, you'll be responsible for building, leading, and developing a high performing, diverse, inclusive, and engaged team of analysts supporting Upstream Distribution Centers, Fulfillment Centers, and Import Warehouses. You will influence GSCL led transformation initiatives ensuring financial decisions & outcomes meet both the current business landscape in addition to future requirements to meet the needs of our guest. Within the activation phase of transformation initiatives, you will develop plans for continuous financial improvement across new processes, craft analysis comparing actual results and business plans, and provide ad hoc decision making support for strategic initiatives and special projects. Your team will partner across Finance and Global Supply Chain & Logistics leadership and activation teams to create meaningful plans and monthly forecasts that accurately reflect the state of the business and essential financial benchmarks. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:
  • 4-year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience (6 or more years) in Finance and/or Operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to conceptualize strategic initiatives with ability to share insights from your own business with other teams across the organization
  • Internal drive to probe deeper into questions, solve where to get the data
  • Self-starter who can find potential themes/issues and encourage teams across the organization to evolve processes & routines
  • Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction
  • Highly influential in gaining business partner alignment through strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to look at data and effectively story tell
  • Advanced Excel and or SQL knowledge - comfortability transforming large data sets into actionable insights


This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $85,400 to $153,700. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
