The Sr. Program Owner, Building Structure, is responsible for identifying, planning and delivering interior and exterior building structure maintenance and repair projects for Target Store and Supply Chain locations. Activities include building repainting, building façade and decorative stone maintenance, water intrusion remediation, building structure and concrete flooring maintenance. This role focuses on identifying critical building needs and prioritizing project development and delivery to ensure our facilities are at or exceeding standards. Drives strategy and innovations through deep understanding of programs including development of project plans and appropriate communication. Defines and leads vendor and consultant routines; creating and maintaining productive vendor relationships. Recommends and implements short-term goals and initiatives. Identifies and recommends process improvements. Provides financial and project oversight, guidance and awareness, and is responsible for Capital and Expense budgeting, forecasts, and long range plans and leverages analytics and reporting to inform decisions. This Sr. Program Owner position is an active collaborator, working with other teams across Property Management, Target Properties, and other pyramids including, Finance, Global Supply Chain and Logistics, Store Operations, and Engineering

About You:

Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' relevant experience
• Ability to manage projects, set timeliness, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, reasoning, organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in public speaking or making presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills, can develop strong relationships with team members at all levels throughout the organization
• Experience in the Energy, Conservation, or Sustainability space preferred
