Manages the operations of the Scott County Law Library (SCLL). Provides specialized, professional legal reference services, and research assistance to judges, attorneys, and self-represented litigants. Offers appropriate referrals to users needing more assistance. Collaborates with other organizations and utilizes technology to provide cost-effective and timely access to legal resources. Plans and, at times, creates and coordinates legal clinics at the SCLL, Scott County Library branches, and other community locations. Maintains the SCLL budget. Selects, catalogs, and processes legal resources for the SCLL and Scott County Library.

MQs: Requires equivalency of a bachelor's degree and three years of law library or legal experience. Master's in Library Science or Law Librarianship or juris doctorate preferred. Law-related or legal background is desirable. The incumbent shall provide a reliable means of transportation and possess a valid driver's license for the performance of work responsibilities.

Pay Range: $28.83 - $39.63 Hourly– DOQ
