As a Sr Manager within Merchandise Finance you will investigate the potential impacts of strategic business initiatives and transactions. This role is focused on accelerating some of our most important long-term merchandising initiatives within our Apparel and Accessories businesses and identifying risks and opportunities to our durable financial model. You will partner with a broad set of stakeholders, leverage market intelligence and internal analyses, and hone your unique, data-driven perspective to illuminate the key decisions for the business. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated aptitude for driving for clarity in ambiguous situations and establishing effective partnerships.

About you:
• MBA Degree (preferred but not required) with strong academic performance
• 6-9 years finance and business experience
• Outstanding communication and relationship building, with team oriented focus
• Credible thought leader
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills.

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $85,400 to $153,700.
