Job Summary:

Ardisam Inc. is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for our Ice Fishing Business Unit who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative consumer direct marketing campaigns. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will generate strategies that grow market share and the brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.

Job Duties:

• Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current & future needs, and monitoring the competition.
• Drive E-commerce sales through direct response advertising
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns while upholding brand standards and initiatives.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance (through ROI and KPIs) of all digital marketing campaigns
• Identify trends and insights. Optimize spend and performance based on those insights.
• Create new and innovative digital marketing growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop website landing pages to optimize user experience.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of content gathering events, photo, and video shoots
• Assist in writing and generating ad copy to support digital marketing efforts

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Digital Marketing experience
• Excellent written communication skills with experience writing ad copy
• Exposure to the production of visual marketing content (graphic design and video)
• Email marketing experience
• Data and analytics experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain business partner relationships outside of the organization.
• A proven leader capable of participating in and helping to lead a cross functional team

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.

Compensation: Salaried – Based on experience

Duration of Employment: Full Time

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and sit for 2 or more hours a day.

Work Days: Monday – Friday

Work Shift: First Shift

Work Location: Onsite - Cumberland, WI

Travel: Up to 10% travel required.
