The University of Wisconsin-Stout Counseling Center is seeking a qualified individual to apply for an Associate Director position. This position will also be responsible for coordinating the counselor training program in the Counseling Center. This position is a 100% appointment with full benefits. The individual hired will join a positive, energetic work environment with staff who are committed to promoting the mental health of our students and supporting one another in our work.
We seek a candidate who demonstrates a clear interest in and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion practices within their clinical practice and supervision work. As a staff we are committed to ongoing reflection, learning, and incorporation of a multicultural perspective into all areas of our work. This position will be responsible for providing culturally informed services, including using best practices and evidenced-based care, to ensure a high quality of care for all students.
