A role with Target Printing Services means that you'll be part of a team that leads Target's Value communication strategy and brings holistic promotional and value stories to life for Target's guests. The Manager of Printing Services has a broad range of responsibilities including file processing, execution, production and quality assurance.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will... Prepare product for shipment and coordinate all shipments leaving the manufacturing site and Target Printing Services. Enter all shipments into computer system enabling accurate tracking of all shipped product. Receive product in at our dock while verifying orders were shipped correctly by our vendors. Manage inventory in computerized inventory system, including receipts, adjustments and returns to inventory. Coordinate shipments traveling via company trucks to ensure on time deliveries and track critical items shipped per customer request. Maintain warehouse racking system, forklifts, and powered pallet jack equipment. Model safe behavior adhering to all safety protocol. Communicate via email, phone, face to face, with internal customers and vendors regarding their shipments and our requirements, follow up with urgency to troubleshoot issues as they arise and bring resolution. Be a team player with a positive can-do attitude every day, willing to flex in task per the daily workload to support the business. Perform all other tasks as assigned by the Shipping Manager.

• Possess ability to work in fast paced environment with strict deadlines
• Professionally and effectively communicate via email and telephone to vendors, partners and customers
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills required- Access, Excel, Office, and Word. Knowledge of data merging and imports is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to safely operate hydraulic lift equipment
• Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
• Previous experience working in a shipping/receiving or warehouse setting preferred.
