A role in Finance Capabilities means partnering with Finance, technology, Data Science and analytics leaders to co-create solutions that maximizes business value and enables key strategies that are critical to the enterprise and for the experiences we create for our guests. Truly an owner and expert of your data solutions and underlying processes, you will set the vision, align on the roadmap and mobilize your team and partner teams to deliver needed outcomes. Given most strategies have a Finance impact, you will also serve as a trusted resource to guide other enterprise partners in their solutions to ensure the success and integrity of end-to-end deliverables.

As a Sr. Manager, Data Analytics in Finance Capabilities you will be responsible for reporting, analysis, automation, and data solutions for the Inventory Accounting and Accounts Receivables functions within our Finance organization. In this role, you will serve as an advocate of our data-driven culture, build an effective reporting, data, and automation ecosystem that informs and influence business decisions, and provide strategic recommendations on data analytics and automation solutions - in partnership with the team of Data Analysts you lead. You will partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize the most valuable work for your team to deliver, creating a roadmap for when work will be delivered, along with a vision for the team, while leveraging an iterative delivery approach using agile routines and methodologies. Through all this, you will build a high performing team through talent pipeline planning, hiring, setting clear expectations, and performance management. You'll partner closely with our Finance, Product Management, and Data Sciences partners to identify gaps in reporting and analytics offerings and democratizing data and insights as you strive to deliver. About you:

• Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance or related work experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance or data analytics, with an interest in maintaining or developing Finance domain expertise
• Demonstrates understanding of capabilities available in data and analytical tools (e.g. Hadoop, Postgres, or equivalent) and data visualization tools (e.g. Domo, PowerBI, or equivalent)
• Proficient in SQL or equivalent query language
• Has strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity
• Continuous improvement mindset, with a strong desire to learn, grow and expand your influence
• Previous team leadership experience is preferred
