HRIS Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a HRIS Admin! This role is responsible for assisting in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing DRC’s HRIS and workforce management systems for our large seasonal workforce; gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data; and aiding in the activities necessary to process employee information.


·       Lead on-going data entry and maintenance of DRC’s HRIS system for our high volume of seasonal test scorers; identify and recommend efficiencies to manage high volumes of applicants and hires

Responsible for the HRIS set-up for newly hired, rehired, and transferred employees, including onboarding and offboarding.

·       Optimize HRIS processes, including new software integrations (as applicable) and diagnostic testing

·       Create and supply reports as requested

·       Provide technical support, system training, troubleshooting, and guidance to seasonal HRIS users

·       Participate in new HRIS system and/or module implementation activities

·       Serves as a HRIS expert and primary liaison between our Test Scoring Human Resources and other functional group to address issues, questions, etc.

·       Maintain updated understanding of HRIS trends, technology, etc.

·       Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of employee data and that it is updated accurately and timely

Perform other duties as required

Skills and qualifications:

Required Qualifications: 

3+ years HRIS experience, preferably with high-volume workforces (Ceridian Dayforce experience is a plus, or ability and interest to learn this system) 
Equivalent work experience/education will be considered

Equivalent work experience/education will be considered

Ability to collaborate, provide technical support and train staff

Experience analyzing and interpreting data

Ability to run custom and build ad-hoc reports

Experience documenting processes and diagnosing issues

·       Experience in the implementation of an HRIS systems and/or in the implantation of new modules within an HRIS system

·       Ability to keep current with technical trends in HRIS analysis

Thorough understanding of information systems, including at least one HRIS system

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills  

Preferred Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or other closely related field 

HRIS background with Ceridian Dayforce a plus
