Detail: Warners’ Stellian Appliance is looking for hard-working, motivated candidates, eager to join a great team at a growing Minnesota, family-owned company. Previous appliance retail experience is preferred. 40-hour work week will include some evening and weekend hours. Earn up to $100K+ commission salary with no cap on commission that gives you a solid earning potential. About The Opportunity:

• As an Appliance Sales Associate you will assist our customers from start to finish with their appliance purchase.
• You can earn up to $100K+ commission salary with no cap on commission that gives you a solid earning potential.

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Greet customers in an inviting and positive manner
• Use product knowledge to demonstrate features and benefits, while assisting customers in making informed decisions based on their needs and wants
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, and track them through the delivery/installation or pickup process

Sales Associates must have:

• Previous retail experience
• A passion for helping others
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
