Job Details

This position provides coordination and technical support to the County’s Delivering What Matters (DWM) initiative and Scott County Delivers (SCD). Understands and operates software database reports and queries to obtain data on Division's key performance measures and provides technical assistance to support DWM. Assists in development and production of annual performance reports. Assists County Administration in evaluating, planning, re-designing, and implementing software system solutions across different divisions of Scott County. Understands the business unit's current business processes and procedures, software systems, and mobile deployment activities, and makes recommendations to help the unit operate more efficiently and effectively. Identifies and implements ways to enhance and/or maximize existing software systems and assists business units in identifying requirements for software upgrades. Supports post-implementation adoption of system solutions. Understands and operates software database reports and queries to obtain data on Division's key performance measures and indicators in coordination with the County's Delivering What Matters (DWM) initiative. Possesses knowledge of web-based applications and provides opportunities to enhance and expand web-based customer service delivery. Provides guidance in dealing with complex analysis, technical duties, and operational and capital issues related to software.  

 

MQs: Requires equivalency of a bachelor's degree in computer science, operations engineering, business administration, quantitative or statistical analysis, or related field and two years of progressively responsible and complex business and data analysis experience in a medium to large government or service-industry organization. Preference given for experience in project management, data extraction-transfer-load (conversion), software administration, and process analysis and design. 

Pay Range: $70,115 - $105,173 DOQ
