As a Sr. Program Owner of Interactive Displays on our Fixtures, Finishes, & Equipment Team, you will manage the execution of project and program management activities to deliver the desired interactive display experiences within Target Stores (e.g. interactive guest displays such as headphone, speaker, gaming, camera, TV, mobile, etc. displays); ultimately ensuring functionality and availability of interactive displays to assist in driving sales. Projects span from managing the execution of transitions as interactives are refreshed within stores at key points throughout the year, facilitating the interactive processes to support new stores and remodels, to ad-hoc capital and special projects. You must be comfortable partnering and communicating with cross functional project and program teams across Merchandising, Construction, Store Ops, S&P, Store Design, etc. that will be critical to achieving the goals, processes and outcomes set within the interactives space. You will play a critical role in supporting, testing, evaluating, and providing program feedback to drive optimal operational outcomes. This role will partner with a variety of external vendor partner teams as well, which will drive a focus on vendor management to ensure the desired vendor related operational outcomes are being met.

About you:
  • 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 2-6 years of relevant project management, communications, retail merchandise electronics display processes and/or Property Management experience
  • Ability to use data and experience to detect trends, conduct root cause analysis, identify solutions and resolve issues
  • Ability to recommend and implement short-term goals and initiatives
  • Excellent and proven written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and act with a sense of urgency
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to change
  • Experience in public speaking and presenting
