The Property Management Business Partner leads store teams across a given market who support, maintain and enhance Target Properties. Your work will deliver an exceptional store environment for the benefit of both guests and team members. You will focus on the efficient and timely troubleshooting and resolution of maintenance and repair issues at both the market and store levels. You will execute various programs and champion innovative store maintenance, remodel and repair strategies. Your expertise will help identify trends and themes across districts and markets, and you'll respond to escalated property issues by leveraging appropriate partnerships and resources. You'll be a key partner to both internal team members and local vendors and businesses. The Property Management Business Partner reports to Reports to the Property Management Director, and partners closely with Store Leaders and Property Management Technicians.
As a Business Partner, you'll travel to various stores based on your market. You'll also enjoy competitive pay and a store discount.
About you:
· 4 year degree or equivalent experience · Supervisor level experience · Leadership skills and team-oriented thinking · Strong problem solving, decision making and financial analysis skills · Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations · Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
