A role on the Enterprise Insights team means being a champion for our current and future guests and inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. Your influence will guide actionable strategies with a clear foundation of information and insights.Position Overview:
As a Sr. Analyst, Guest Impact and Measurement, you will help define, analyze and socialize insights that make a difference to how guests experience and build a relationship with Target. You will be responsible for understanding consumer, competitive and industry trends and their broader business implications, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to uncover unmet guest needs and helping business partners develop guest-centric strategies. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for understanding consumer behavior, a curious mindset and an interest in and openness to learning retail, marketing, and consumer behavior and perceptions.

- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in Consumer/Shopper/Product Insights
- Highly curious and asks questions to seek clarity (asks why versus just describing what)
- Comfortable working with data
- Communicates clearly and effectively across teams and levels
- Experience in a variety of methodologies. Examples include quantitative (segmentation, buyer analysis, concept testing, brand tracking), qualitative (e.g., ethnography, online consumer panels, IDIs, shopper intercepts, consumer journeys) and/or text analytics.
- Experience partnering with third-party research vendors/agencies.
- Ability to synthesize findings from multiple sources to tell a holistic, influential "what, why, so what" story focused on the critical issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in and experience in learning new tools and technology
This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $65,600 - $118,100.
