A role at Target Printing Services means that you'll be part of a team that leads Targets communication strategy and brings holistic promotional and value stories to life for Target Guests. The team has a broad range of responsibilities including planning, prepress, design, print production, finishing, bindery, fulfillment and distribution. Target Printing Services is responsible for print projects in support of many internal partners including Stores Experience Marketing, In-Store Promotional Signing, Print Promotions Marketing, Financial Retail Services, Store Operations and Talent Acquisition.

As a Target Printing Services Account Executive for SEM (Store Experience Marketing, also known as In-Store Marketing), you are responsible for building trust and maintaining strong, positive relationships with the Target SEM team. As the primary point-of-contact at Target Printing Services (TPS) you will work closely with this team, helping bring creative concepts to life through print and structure, educating the team on TPS equipment capabilities while also gaining insight into future projects for TPS. You are an expert in print production who keeps up on industry trends and will be a trusted resource for Target Store information. Collaborating with the customer and the team at TPS, you will bring in new and cyclical work that produces significant cost savings to the enterprise.

As the liaison between SEM and TPS, you will gather critical information and project specifications ultimately enabling the end-to-end execution of each job. You will work closely with the TPS Scheduling Team to ensure timely execution, Project Managers and Project Planners for estimates and job planning, and Designers when prototypes are needed to support new work and innovation. Clear and timely communication between the SEM and the TPS team is required throughout the duration of the job. This includes providing updates on job progress, managing timelines, troubleshooting obstacles and answering questions as they arise. In this role you will attend press checks with SEM customers to ensure quality of work, provide mock-ups/prototypes, and join mock/store sets and walks as requested to clearly understand the customer's vision while providing insight and feedback to ensure successful project execution.

About you:

· 4-Year degree in related field or equivalent

· 5+ years' experience in print industry with knowledge in print production, planning and sales for retail clients

· Understands print and manufacturing of 2 and 3D elements

· Ability to critically view color

· Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment through multiple projects and details

· Proven track record of building strong, productive, trusting partnerships

· Critical thinker with the ability to problem solve
