As a Senior Financial Analyst, Digital Finance, you'll drive the financial modeling behind our digital profitability and uncover insights to help steer the direction of the business. You will be responsible for supporting backward-looking and forward-looking processes related to digital profitability, partnering across FP&A and cross-functional teams to bring the holistic financials to life, while advancing automation capabilities to make processes more efficient. You will also play a critical role in providing financial support for digital fulfillment-related decisions in partnership with the Vice President of Digital Operations, including scenario and sensitivity analysis. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Digital Finance, you'll be supported along the way to challenge your clients to drive continued financial success and to provide them with analytical performance insights. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:

• 4-year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience (4 or more years) in Finance / Financial Planning and Analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Internal drive to probe deeper into questions and solve where to get the data
• Self-starter who can find potential themes/issues and research them to resolution
• Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy and motivation
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to effectively story tell with financials

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $65,600 (min) to $118,100 (max).
