As a Sr. Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, Stores Finance, you'll oversee the end-to-end financial performance for an entire region of 500+ stores and will be responsible for the ongoing support to the Regional Senior Vice President and multiple Vice President level business partners, helping to guide stores through an evolving and dynamic retail environment. You will learn how Target's strategies, from merchandising to digital fulfillment and everything in between, come to life through our stores, with safety at the forefront, and leverage your financial acumen, operational knowledge, and internal cross-functional relationships to help deliver on financial goals while ensuring our stores are supported to fuel the business and their teams.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Create and own monthly sales forecasts and hourly payroll plans for the region, ensuring financial, operational, and team objectives are strategically balanced.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stores leaders to understand and assess operational wins and opportunities and share and drive key financial outcomes.
  • Identify, analyze and influence regional sales, payroll, and productivity opportunities, leading with your point of view and bringing to life through partnerships with stores leaders and cross functional partners.
  • Lead project management and development of data and reporting solutions in partnership with data teams.

About you:
  • 4-year college degree, MBA or equivalent experience (6 or more years) in Finance
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, time management and organizational skills
  • Superior leadership skills with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results
  • Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills. Experienced in working across departments/business units and driving results through collaboration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively
  • Experience with complex data sets, connecting data & reporting needs to technical solutions


This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $85,400 to $153,700. .
