We're looking for a Sr. Sourcing Manager to join our team working specifically on the Women's Performance category supporting the All in Motion brand. As a Sr. Sourcing Manager, you will work with a cross-functional team including Target Merchants, Planners and Product Design and Development to turn ideas into the merchandise on our stores' shelves and on our online channels. Our dynamic, passionate and responsive team comprises specialized people-professionals from several diverse disciplines & cultures. You will be responsible for partnering with global sourcing and vendors to deliver high-quality, trend-right merchandise at a great value to our guests. You will drive sourcing strategy to support global balance, matrix optimization, and help Target achieve our financial plans. It is critical in this role that you utilize negotiating skills and costing expertise to ensure quality/cost, and deliver maximum bottom-line value. How you achieve your results is critical to our core values, inside and outside of Target. We will cultivate internal and external partnerships to make sure Target reflects the diversity of the communities we serve. Requirements:
