We are looking for an individual to develop, present, and update customer facing technical training documentation and presentations for a myriad of internally and externally built security tools. An ideal candidate has a strong security and training development background, with a keen interest in aiding user bases, of various familiarity with the tools and products, uplift their skillset and comfort level leveraging the systems and tools.

About You

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of hands on experience leveraging SIEM and common security platforms
• Demonstrates the ability to have continuity in training and presentation standards across tool types
• Demonstrates a strong ability to communicate with technical engineers and end users to provide tailored training regimen at varying degrees of complexity to meet the end users where they are and empower them to be more proficient
• Demonstrates interest in learning new tools, coordinating with subject matter experts and then relaying that information in a repeatable fashion
• Demonstrates an interest in training, assisting, and answering questions for a broad customer base across the spectrum of technical ability
• Maintains deep technical knowledge within areas of expertise
• Stays current with new technologies via formal training and self-directed education

Additional skills we are interested in:

• Experience creating PowerPoint templates,
• Experience using SIEMs as a detection/response engineer
• Experience with a variety of host and network security log sources
• Experience developing a training and evaluation portfolio to measure effectiveness of training and assessing baseline skill sets

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $105,800 to $190,400 annually.
