We are looking for professional developers with experience creating fullstack production-level JavaScript/Typescript code; these professionals will work with a world-class team to build tooling to greatly enhance our Incident Response and Automation capabilities.

About You

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of software development experience with at least one full cycle implementation
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of modern JavaScript, asynchronous programming, NodeJS
• Demonstrates broad web application knowledge (modern patterns, best practices, current tooling)
• Security knowledge, including understanding the role of the various parts of a modern Cyber Security organization
• Demonstrates broad knowledge of Internet fundamentals (DNS, IP addresses, server architectures, etc)
• Demonstrates understanding of secure coding practices and the impact that not following them can have
• Demonstrates expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks
• Demonstrates ability to work independently or on small, fast-moving teams
• Maintains deep technical knowledge within areas of expertise
• Stays current with new technologies via formal training and self-directed education

Additional skills we are interested in:

• Development experience creating fullstack production-level JavaScript/Typescript code
• Experience with Incident Response or Detection
• Experience with Python or Go
• Experience with Vue.js or React
• Experience with Unix/Linux
• Experience with Git, Docker, container orchestration services
• Experience with stream-processing, transforming and enriching data

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

The salary range is $105,800-$190,400
