General Maintenance and Field Operations Manager
General responsibility to supervise the care, maintenance, and upkeep of NCROC buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure. Oversight and supervision of farm operations. Manage equipment usage and maintenance. Oversight and Management of NCROC Safety. Duties generally involve comparisons, verifications, reconciliations, and compilations. Incumbents know the end product needed and where to send and receive information and materials to fulfill responsibilities. Work is performed under moderate supervision. Work is guided by general procedures and professional norms, with periodic checks on accuracy, quality, and timeliness of outcomes. Must find solutions to modestly technical or operation problems. Once a problem is identified, solutions generally can be determined using conventional or standard procedures.
Full-time, 12 month, continuing appointment. Available Immediately.
