Working at Target means the opportunity to help all families discover the joy of everyday life. Caring for our communities is woven into who we are, and we invest in the places we collectively live, work and play. At our core, our purpose is ingrained in who we are, what we value, and how we work. It's how we care, grow, and win together.

At the heart of one of the world's best loved and most recognizable brands is an impeccable Owned Brand organization. Within the owned brands organization is Owned Brand Strategy and Operations (OBS&O). This team supports the Owned Brand Sourcing & Development (OBS&D) and Owned Brand Product Development & Management (OBPD&M) organizations, multi-national teams responsible for the product creation and global sourcing of Target's Owned Brands including Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, Home, Hardlines, Essentials/Beauty, and Food/Beverage. The Owned Brand organization includes functional roles such as Design, Engineering, Global Sourcing, Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Responsible Sourcing, and more. Target's portfolio of Owned Brands is a key differentiator, with these Owned Brands being one of the things our guests love about the Target experience.
