A role with Target Printing Services means leveraging the power of digital, social and email platforms via paid and owned channels to deliver creative, compelling and cohesive promotional messages. You will be a member of a team that leads Target's Value communication strategy and brings holistic promotional and value stories to life for Target's guests. As a member of Printing Services you will deliver the in-store promotional messages that help guests' get the most value out of their Target runs.

As a Label Strip Operator on Shelf Label Strip team, your primary function will be to set up and operate roll-feed perf and cutting equipment. As the expert in operating the label strip finishing equipment (Hunkeler) you will be responsible for achieving the standard production rates on the equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining or exceeding all quality standards and maintain strict adherence to all operational, safety and quality procedures. You will be expected to maintain a clean, orderly and safe work area and for routine maintenance. You will be in charge of troubleshooting and making simple repairs as necessary, and provide training to other team members as requested by supervisor. • Being the expert on your machine in order to ensure quality production
• Loading of printed rolls
• Setup of machine. Including perf units and cutters
• Maintenance of machine
• Operating and quality checking
• Troubleshooting of machine
• Training and assisting others on machine if required
• Placing service calls on machine and working with technicians on solutions
• Assisting on other duties as requested

About you:

• High school diploma.
• Able to perform with minimal supervision.
• Able to read, understand and follow job instructions
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.
• Previous experience operating and knowledge on Hunkeler preferred.
