Public Health Nurse - .8 FTE
Make a difference in the community! Perform responsible public health nursing duties through assessment, plan development, implementation and evaluation activities aimed to improve the level of health across the County. Work is performed in an office, institution, community, home, school, or community-based setting.
MQs: Requires certification as a Public Health Nurse (PHN) in the State of Minnesota; possession of a license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) issued by the State of Minnesota; and CPR certification. Experience as an RN or PHN is preferred. NCAST, PHDoc, MMIS, DHS programmatic training, Catch 3, EVS, Follow Along, Immulink, and blood borne pathogen desirable. One must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation for the performance of work responsibilities.
Pay Range: $31.13 to $42.81 per hour
