Job Details

The position performs complex analysis and research related to program performance measures, service standards, continuous quality improvement (CQI), and strategy development for the Health and Human Services Division. The employee works collaboratively with directors, managers, and supervisors to identify data and measures that will convey program performance. Employee prepares reports and program documentation showing progress toward strategies and explains the information to stakeholders and other decision-makers. Assists with the development of data and strategic reports as they relate to performance management for all programs in the division.

MQs: Requires equivalency of a bachelor's degree in a closely related field and two years of experience with service/program planning, performance measurement, finance, analysis, or public communication activities. Preference given for experience in data analysis and reporting, especially in a government health and human services agency. Strong desire for meeting facilitation experience and for work related to the implementation of performance measurement and outcome-based program metrics. The incumbent shall have a reliable means of transportation for the performance of work responsibilities.

Pay Range: $27.20 to $33.99 hour
