As a Creative Director, Brand Design Lab, Target Creative you will lead all Marketing owned creative elements for new and existing Style owned brands including naming, branding/identity development, overall creative direction including color, typography, photography and other style elements. This leader also guides the maintenance, extensions, updates and refreshes for style owned brands. The current scope includes Apparel, Accessories, Home, Stationery and Seasonals. You will also oversee extensions of any owned brand identity creative through campaign launch executions in all channels to set the standard to be maintained by other creative teams and channels across the enterprise ensuring brand consistency. You manage internal creative teams and external agencies to bring business strategies to life.

About you:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Graphic Design, Art or other related field
  • 7-10 years experience in leading marketing and creative functions in retail, design or CPG related industry
  • Ability and experience in leading creative teams
  • Possesses a high creative taste level, is drawn to newness, open to inspiration from a variety of sources, and driven to solve problems creatively.
  • Ability and experience in communicating vision in an inspiring way
  • Ability to provide clear, and actionable feedback on creative work
  • Able to see solutions from a Guest's perspective and deliver against business needs without sacrificing creative vision
  • Firm understanding and proven track record of driving the business through creative
  • Ability to effectively partner with key business leaders across the organization
  • Experience and ability to present to all levels of leadership with confidence
