Night Shift Machine Operator

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Ensure line speeds and controls are running according to product specification

• Participate in all equipment sanitation activities

• Attend to and operate machines in work area while keeping close observation of equipment to ensure it is operating correctly

• Remain constantly alert to prevent disrupting the flow of production

• Perform line checks and other duties to ensure quality program requirements are met

• Maintain specifications by detecting irregularities and inspecting product for defects

• Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills

• Basic computer and calculating abilities

• Able to learn equipment operation

Pay:

• $1000 sign on bonus!

• Base pay: $22.48 with the potential to earn up to $24.23

• Additional $0.85/hour differential for night shift positions
