About the job:

As a Product Operations Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Roundel's Audience, Identity, and Programmatic product portfolio by bringing data and insights about our users into conversations and ceremonies. You will leverage your prior experience to engage multiple levels of product in the creation and implementation of team routines that reflect product thinking and connection to OKRs as well as enable portfolio level intention maps that fuel collaboration across product. You will be responsible for bringing visibility to dependencies and risks across the portfolio and providing visibility of progress to our Product KPIs through metric visualization and analysis. You are accountable for collaborating across our teams to improve our core competencies around strategic planning, portfolio health, and communication.

Your core responsibilities include:
  • Organize agile routines and ceremonies
  • Support the portfolio-level road/intention map and the process to keep it up to date and accurate
  • Execute on the communication framework for our product portfolio to provide visibility to the progress and KPIs associated to the technical investment (including analyzing and preparing data to inform the strategy)
  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor the health of our product portfolio
  • Manually build audiences and onboard to 3rd party platforms
  • Partner with stakeholders and engineers to troubleshoot issues across the product portfolio and lead routine meetings with internal & external tech partners to resolve errors and improve capabilities
  • Collect and analyze feedback & satisfaction; leveraging insights to help product teams prioritize changes needed to increase adoption and end user experience
  • Advocate for and support creating best practices in tools, automating processes, as well as document and communicate across product teams and with stakeholders
  • Job duties may change at any time due to business needs


About you:
  • 4-year college degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Preferred 4 years of experience across media product, operations, or analytics (or a combination)
  • Proficient in SQL coding (Hadoop environment preferred)
  • Preferred experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, sprints)
  • Ability to self-driven and lead through ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across Operations, Product, and Technology
  • Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground, push for consistency where possible, facilitate conversations, and navigate competing interests.
  • Curiosity and passion for problem solving
  • Experience creating and delivering product tools & stakeholder materials


This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target. The salary range is :$65,600.00 USD - $118,100.00 USD.
