Target Studio is an integral part of Target's Marketing Team and is leveraged for photo and video production services. We partner with teams across the company to bring the Target Brand to life. As a Sr. Photo Studio Operations Business Partner, you will be on set each week at our Minneapolis Studio and will bring the Target Brand to life by supporting the Studio Lead with all aspects of day-to-day photo studio operation as well as providing back up support for the equipment room team. This role is based in Minneapolis and requires working knowledge of studio computers and photo equipment, troubleshooting and repair coordination, as well as photo power distribution.

The role's primary objective is to be a critical link between internal and external photo teams, Photo Producers, Photo Studio Equipment Specialist, Sr Creative Resources BP, and Sr Manager Studio Operations. Development of strong working relationships with all partners will lead to success within this role. Your experience will include proficiency in the photo studio production process; assisting teams by proactively and independently anticipating crew needs; asking relevant questions and preparing appropriately to ensure photo projects run smoothly. As questions or problems arise, the ideal candidate will use their sense of urgency and problem solving skills; seeing answers beyond the obvious, using internal and external resources and coming to solutions quickly. You will play a critical role in the development, communication and studio adherence to processes/improvements and procedures.

You'll partner with the Photo Studio Equipment Specialist and preferred vendors to order photo studio supplies while managing to the budget, as well as make decisions on rental equipment. With your knowledge of photo equipment, you'll help make recommendations on capital expenditures, ensuring utilization and return on investment.

You will be the main point of contact for Target's catering vendor who provides daily lunches for TCIN photo crews. You'll coordinate counts with individual teams to create the weekly order, as well as track costs and manage the overall budget. At the end of each shoot, you'll work with crews to ensure all spaces are organized and cleaned and adequately prepared for the next team using the space. As a key partner in the creative production team, you will help build production capabilities and a collaborative culture. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. About you:

· Bachelor's degree in photography, art or related field and/or equivalent photo studio experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, Macintosh applications

· 3 years of experience

· Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, think critically, and communicate effectively

· Exhibits integrity, creativity, ingenuity, and resourcefulness

· Ability to autonomously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate ambiguity

· Friendly, approachable with a client service-oriented demeanor

· Flexible and open to change
