$2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS

Gittleman Construction & Maintenance Corporation, provides homeowners expert maintenance and repairs. We have over 40 years of experience in the construction and maintenance business employing a team of highly skilled experienced tradespeople, many of whom have been with the company for over 20 years. This position will provide a gas card, vehicle, health insurance, and profit sharing among other benefits. Successful candidates will have:

• Handyman experience
• Drywall repair and painting experience
• Valid driver's license
• Clean background and DMV record
• Willingness to work some on-call shifts (roughly every 6-7 weeks)

The General Maintenance position serves residents primarily in the downtown area. Training is provided. Experience navigating job-board technology is a plus. You may drive your company-provided vehicle home daily. Compensation is paid based on experience and hours are somewhat flexible.
