A role in Reverse Supply Chain means managing the operations for the reverse flow of goods and guest mail returns to Return Centers and throughout the reverse network. The Reverse network at Target is quickly growing with the goal of becoming a best in class operation to increase profitability while supporting GSCL, Stores, and Guests.

As a Sr. Logistics Business Partner, Reverse Operations, you will be responsible for our Outbound Return Center operations, problem solving, and continuous improvement routines for all process paths and program types (B2B, D2C, Target+, RTV, etc.). You will provide ongoing support for our field operations team and 3PL partners and serve as a critical partner within a larger CFT team partnering across broader Indirect and Reverse Logistics teams. This role will require analytical thought and root-cause analysis to drive process improvements for our return center operations. You will drive standardization across our multi-node return center network through process creation and strong cross functional relationships with both field and HQ teams.   • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in operational roles

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target. The salary range is :$65,600.00 USD - $118,100.00 USD.
