Here, your work directly supports the store mission to be the guest-favorite through successfully developing and communicating the processes for operations, structure, model, technology and workforce management activities at 1,800 locations nationwide. Store Operations manages and enhances the informational resources for researching and resolving operational issues, while guiding and communicating with the field team and leaders who use them. As a Business Partner for New Stores
, you will play a vital role in supporting our store teams through their new store opening. You will be responsible for executing the store ops project plan, preparing store communication, engaging field leaders through kickoff and post-open calls, leading store director training, and supporting the resolution of issues stores experience through the opening process.
In your role, you will advocate for our stores and will work cross-functionally with several HQ teams to cultivate strong partnerships across the business. You will also support change management and will drive improvements in the areas of process, technology, and team member/guest experience.About You:

- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in project management or operations role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to set objectives for own work
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with smartsheet and sharepoint is preferred, but not required
