A role with Fulfillment Operations means a big opportunity to apply your operations, supply chain and fulfillment experience to continuously evolve Same Day and Next Day fulfillment processes like Ship from Store, Order Pickup, Drive Up, & Fresh Grocery Pickup in order to meet rapidly changing guest and operational needs.

As a Senior Business Partner - Fulfillment Network Operations, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and determining operational solutions across Target's digital fulfillment network. In this role, you will implement and improve current processes that guide predictable workload in our stores and elevate the omni-channel guest experience. You will be responsible for to identifying trends within the store's fulfillment network, recommending actionable, viable solutions, and applying learnings to direct volume. This role will manage the intra-day fulfillment network and create impact analysis on actions taken.

Responsibilities will include the analysis of data, the creation of business cases, and the ability to garner meaningful insights that influence alignment across multiple stakeholders. This role will be autonomous and require critical analysis of multiple data sources to determine business decisions that best serve multiple stakeholders.

About You:

• Prefer work experience in Supply Chain Management, ecommerce, Logistics, Finance, or retail operations
• Experience operating in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment
• Willingness to learn data exploration
• Ability to digest and communicate complex concepts in simple, accurate terms to multiple audiences
• Ability to work independently with limited direction and resolve problems that are without clear precedent

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target. The salary range is :$65,600.00 USD - $118,100.00 USD.
