As SR Manufacturing Sourcing Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

· Factory Relationship management

o manage factory relationships

o Work proactively with factory partners to manage issues.

o Provide ongoing training to factories (eg Ethics, SOVE)

o Partner with factory to collect information (trend, capacity and capabilities) during cycle development.

· Factory vetting, onboarding

o Vet factories (capabilities, standards etc) , and conduct new factory onboarding

· Delivery management

o Validate Factory Capacity and Capability, ensure Production Readiness, Manage Timing & Action and Production Oversight with Factory partners

o Partner with inventory management to ensure one cohesive voice to factory partners on purchase plans and delivery priorities.

o Partner with factory, inventory management and logistics on delivery flow to optimize guest availability

o Collaborate with vendors, factories and inventory management on vendor/factory recovery path and lead resolution conversations and action plans to elevate factory on time ship and fill rate performance and ensure timely deliveries aligned to Target priorities.

· Facility Performance management

o Establish and run routines for Factory Performance mgmt. and supporting insight and analysis processes around key KPIs (On Time Ship, Fill Rates, RSS, quality)

o Ensure successful tracking and management of Target Forward / SBT goals at the factory level.

· Lean Manufacturing & Value Engineering -

o Work across factory network for elevating lean manufacturing and value engineering and automation.

· Supply Chain efficiencies - partner with GSCL to drive mutual supply chain efficiencies and effectiveness.

About you:
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experiences (Manufacturing experience preferred)
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience in strategic & cross-functional leadership, planning and execution
• Leading and problem solving in ambiguous, nuanced business environment

• Respect, appreciate and value diverse voices and approaches
• Experience driving results across multiple, varied categories of business
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth environment and multi-task
• Ability to build and leverage strong cross-organizational relationships
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel 50%

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target. The salary range is :(min) USD - (max) USD.
