Target is hosting an intensive 3-day virtual symposium for 100 rising Juniors. The symposium will focus on diversity and inclusion, development, the retail industry, and internship opportunities at Target.
Location and Dates:
Format: Virtual

As a potential 2024 Summer Intern in the Financial Analyst Development Program, you will spend ten weeks gaining a realistic job preview into the world of Finance at Target and insight into the day-to-day role of a Financial Analyst. You'll apply your knowledge in a project-based internship focused on: technology and property investments, budgeting, sales forecasting, or financial modeling/reporting. We'll support you with extensive training and robust development to help you grow as a strong FADP Intern. This includes exposure to various areas of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team through job shadows, mentorship, and senior leader/alumni panels. You will manage a project from start to finish, culminating your summer experience by presenting your results to leadership within your business.

- Current student working towards an undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting with strong academic performance (3.0 GPA or above)
- Graduating between December 2024-August 2025
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (intermediate level of Excel)
