CCO RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Work Location: Work from home

Position Description

This position is responsible for supporting the Configuration and Claims Operations (CCO) Workforce Management Team by collaborating with CCO leaders to document resource capacity and forecasting plans, including but not limited to everyday run the business support work, projects, and other initiatives. You will facilitate initial project intake or demand management by sharing project information with Leaders proactively and facilitating resource assignment and prioritization exercises. Produce department resource utilization reports and lead tracking the demand project portfolio for efficient and effective use of the CCO's resources to deliver company initiatives. Monitor project and run the business support work demand to determine where capacity shortages or surpluses may arise in the future and recommend potential solutions to CCO Leadership. This position requires excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills and the ability to multitask simultaneous efforts.

• Responsible for working with project managers and functional leaders throughout CCO to help assign and allocate resources for run the business support work, projects and other initiatives.

• Develop framework and documentation to support resource capacity and forecast planning including creation or adoption of tool to support resource management.

• Track and assist in the allocation of CCO resources in a timely and accurate manner, discussing demand issues with Leadership and Project Leads.

• Conduct impact analysis of requested resource changes and communicate the results to all relevant stakeholders.

• Creation of dashboards supporting resource utilization and capacity (e.g., planned vs. utilized).

• Proactively communicate with all leaders' relevant stakeholders to ensure effective resource allocation and resolution of capacity shortages.

• Monitor project demand to determine where capacity shortages or surpluses may arise in the future, collaborating with leaders on solutions.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business preferred; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Experience

Two years of resource coordination/resource management, ideally within a corporate/professional environment with project demand and capacity planning experience. A demonstrable track record of successful project intake planning and managing of resources.

Preferred Experience

Health Plan Operations; Microsoft Project; Visio; SharePoint. Understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
