Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Summary
This position is responsible for strategic development,
consistency of processes, and for the delivery of on-time, on-budget, high
quality services to internal and external DRC clients. This position reports to
the Vice President of Surveys.
Position Responsibilities
Monitor
all project contracts to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality services
to all clients within the budget guidelines.
Interact
with project management staff to provide strategic direction and to ensure
compliance with contract requirements.
Lead
cross-division teams to design, implement, and maintain consistent
procedures and processes to effectively meet current and anticipated
contract requirements.
Evaluate
staffing needs and recommend appropriate staffing levels to service existing
and anticipated contractual obligations.
Lead
and partner with teams focused on the identification, development, and development
of new products offerings.
Forecast
revenues and budgets for existing and anticipated clients, including
P&L reporting to senior management.
Develop
and implement strategies to maintain relationships and increase business
within current clients.
Develop
and implement strategies to reduce risk in current client projects to
maintain business.
Other duties as required
Qualifications
Advanced
degree in Business, Research, Organizational Development, Process
Engineering or a related field, or Bachelor’s degree with additional
related experience.
Five
or more years of middle-level management experience in large-scale survey
research, data collection, or other related services.
Nine
or more years of project management-level experience in large-scale survey
research, data collection or a related field.
